Never felt safer or more secure sleeping anywhere. This place was so impressive that the online photos don't capture its real beauty or feel. The doors lock properly, so I didn't need the microwave alarm I used at other places, or a TV to block the bathroom because it looked like someone could climb through a window and kill me. No deposit, either. I've never stayed anywhere without one before. Worth every penny. Bring the whole family, even the oldest member, and they'll feel like royalty. I've included photos of other places where I had a bad experience. These were absolutely not taken here, cough cough!

I trusted the positive reviews and wish I hadn't. The room looked nothing like the photos, smelled of smoke, had dirty walls, and no AC. They refused my refund request. Awful place. Don't stay here.

For the money, this is a decent choice, and I know what I'm paying for. It's my preferred option in the area. The rooms are a gamble, though. Some have mold, some don't, most smell of smoke even when marked non-smoking, and the air filters are never clean. Route One runs alongside the hotel, so there's traffic noise. Light sleepers might want a white noise app or machine. Check-in can be fast, but sometimes nobody is at the desk, even after you've rung the bell for a while. Staff could use more customer service training and better time management to have booked rooms cleaned and ready. Desk staff aren't always as mannerly as you'd expect at a regular hotel, and other staff are often distracted by their phones when you arrive. After we talked through a miscommunication, the woman at the desk was very nice and reasonable. Thanks to the staff for being available and mostly friendly during these hard times.

I couldn't wait to leave and write this. The room reeked, and the stairwell and surroundings were the nastiest I've seen at a place to stay. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They ignored me while I waited to check in and didn't answer when I greeted them. When they finally looked over, all I got was "what do you want" or a head tilt, despite having a confirmed booking. I had to move to another lodging two minutes away because I couldn't stand it. Stay far away from this dump.
