Best Western Plus Atrium Inn & Suites

This is my favorite Best Western. Grace and Sam at the front desk are so kind and friendly, and Velvet does a wonderful job with the rooms. The staff here are truly amazing. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, and I really feel at home when I stay. Love it.

We had a great stay and liked the room’s good size and large bathroom. We did have to ask for towels during our visit. Breakfast was excellent over the three mornings we ate there: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy on two days, potatoes on one, waffles, bagels, packaged muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and orange juice. There was coffee too, with options to make lattes, cappuccinos, or mochas. The breakfast lady and front desk staff were both very friendly. Sam’s Club is also within walking distance.

Breakfast was very good, and the hotel had a pleasant feel with attentive service. The room was pretty clean overall; a few spots by the carpet and baseboard could’ve used better vacuuming. Otherwise, no complaints.

I’ve never felt so unsafe in a hotel. After being awake, I couldn’t sleep comfortably because the carbon detector went off. Their fix was simply to unplug it and remove it from the room. Shame on them. I contacted the main corporate office by email and got a reply saying they’d follow up, but nobody ever did. Is this how they treat guests? Before that, I’d requested early check-in because of an event and assumed it was arranged since they never got back to say no. When we arrived, they turned us away. We drove around for hours, then came back and still couldn’t get a room to change in. Surely one room had been cleaned by then. We ended up changing in the public washroom so we could make the event.
