There’s no comforter, the place is dirty, and it smells of smoke. For what I paid, it wasn’t worth it. They also wouldn’t refund me, even though I was unhappy with the room and wasn’t staying the night. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’m posting this so people can choose somewhere better.

The second floor was clean, carpeted, and didn’t smell. After they moved us there, my son and I slept well and I had no more problems. They cleaned that floor every morning, and I didn’t see any cockroaches there. I asked for a room change the next morning, and they moved us from the third floor to a non-smoking room on the second without giving me any trouble. The third floor room was awful. It reeked of cigarette smoke, and opening the window barely helped since it smelled like smoke outside too. The sheet on the second bed had stains, and there were cigarette burns on the blanket and lampshades. The air conditioner leaked when turned on, so I put a towel underneath it. The chair had stains, and one of the lights didn’t work. I slept on a small part at the foot of the first bed for an hour, while my son slept on the other side. When I woke up, there was a cockroach on the desk. It was the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Also, don’t trust the breakfast sign, there is no breakfast. And if you book five nights but leave after four, they won’t refund the fifth day. Would I stay again? No.

The AC barely cooled, and the room was poor quality. I’d asked for a non-smoking room, but it smelled like marijuana, as did the hotel throughout. The bathroom ceiling had been torn out for plumbing leak repairs, which probably contributed to the odor in the room. The side door that should have stayed locked and closed was repeatedly propped open by people sitting on the curb and smoking marijuana.

Customer service was great, which is why I gave it two stars. Still, the sheets had stains, the TV didn’t work at all, and the bathroom smelled. The website showed a total of $85 with tax, but I paid $95 for one person.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and had to leave because of bed bugs and roaches. I also left a child’s band toy behind to put away, but the manager said the housekeeper threw it in the trash. They have kids too. I believe they gave it to the child.
