Breakfast is set for 6 AM, but staff will have it ready even earlier if you need to leave for work. I really appreciated that, along with how courteous and kind everyone was. For the price, the hotel met my expectations in every way. When I'm in Clearfield, I'd stay here 10 out of 10 times. I'd pick it over places like Super 8, where the staff don't even seem to know what a guest or a hotel is.

The pool was warm and well cared for, and the lobby and breakfast area are brand new, with quite a few breakfast options. They've also added a convenience store by the lobby. On our recent stays, we found lots of upgrades, including all new furniture in our room. This is my usual choice when I visit the area.

Brooklyn at the front desk was amazing, and Mike, if I'm remembering his name right, was great overseeing breakfast. Everyone was friendly, warm, and welcoming during my quick one-night stay at the Wingate in Clearfield. The rooms were clean, check-in was easy, the location was good, and I love that dogs are welcome. I'd absolutely recommend it when you need somewhere to stay in Clearfield.

The front desk worker was super sweet at check-in, and the area felt safe. It was a good place to stop for the night on our drive. Still, the hotel wasn't sold out, yet we got a room with a broken shower wall. Kids running down the hall and tugging at doors, ours included, woke us up.

The room was clean, and breakfast hit the spot. I also really appreciated having the room cleaned and getting fresh towels each day. Since Covid, it seems most hotels have stopped offering that service. My applause to the staff and manager.
