12B Crescent Beach Club

I love this place!

After they finally brought my grandparents down from the fifth floor, the staff approved the pass without explaining why it hadn’t been handled in the first place. My grandparents are elderly and both have Alzheimer’s, so making them come down was stressful and unnecessary. I was there to update my access pass so I could visit them. The gate staff wouldn’t help and insisted I bring them in person. One staff member, Lenny? (the bald guy shown in the video), raised his voice and got aggressive, putting a finger in my face and making contact. I felt disrespected, and his behavior was unprofessional. They also kept my ID, which they didn’t need to issue the parking pass, and I later found it hidden under a clipboard. That made me even more concerned about how this was handled. I hope management addresses it. Staff in a community with elderly residents should show patience, respect, and basic professionalism. This experience was unacceptable.
