Harbour Light Towers 1603 2 Br condo by RedAwning

Harbor Light Towers is a private residential condominium community on Sand Key, which is part of Clearwater Beach. I'm clarifying that because I recently got Google Maps questions about parking, the gym, and other amenities as if this were a public place like a hotel. It's one of several private residential condo communities there, and isn't a public venue.

Had a good time in Florida and made friends with some crows out on the balcony. The location is great, with a convenience store, nail salon, and restaurants across the street.

The property manager, a woman named Debra agamaite, claimed to be in charge of the property. We were inside moving furniture, unloading one elevator full of stuff so we could carry it to the truck. As we came down in the elevator, she started screaming and yelling that we were clogging up the area. When we returned from the truck, we found she'd thrown seven cushions onto the pavement with grease and oil. Two of them got oil stains. She didn't even wait five minutes for us to clear the area. She was very disrespectful, mean, and angry.

The view is great, and the building residents are very friendly. The rental itself was a different story. Both toilets stopped working, and we spent five days of our vacation waiting through a total of seven plumber visits. Bob Palasky offered no compensation at all. Before that, the condo manager spoke with us when we arrived and said we could only use one of the showers. Bob hadn't bothered to tell us in advance. Some of his email replies were snippy and snarky, too. How could he not know about three separate issues with one rental?
