We're staying here for a month or longer while our home is repaired after flooding. The staff have been friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and have a few extra touches that make being away from our own comforts easier.

During our Thanksgiving stay, my 85-year-old grandmother had a serious fall in the parking lot. An unnecessary concrete block placed in the middle of the lot wasn't clearly marked, and she fell hard enough that we had to rush her to the emergency room. She was bleeding significantly, and the whole thing was deeply distressing for our family. The staff showed no empathy or accountability. Nobody offered help, expressed concern, or even gave a simple apology or accommodation. Since this happened on the property's grounds, that response was unacceptable. The room was also below basic cleanliness standards, with visibly dirty sheets. It all points to a lack of care for guest safety and comfort. We're seriously considering legal action. I strongly advise people to avoid this property until its safety and customer service improve. Absolutely ridiculous.

Favi's welcome changed my plans. She was professional and courteous when I arrived, and because of how welcoming she was, I extended what was supposed to be a one-night stay to two nights. My employer won't be thrilled with that choice! I've never believed in love at first sight, but after seeing something this special, I can only call it love. The room, I mean. Favi should be the customer service standard for all Hiltons.

We had a great view, and the room was clean and fun. The wheelchair-accessible room they gave us was spacious, with a flashing light above the bed that never stopped. The woman at the desk was a little rude when we asked to check in 40 minutes early. She wouldn't do it because they were still cleaning all the rooms from the night before.
