The Gemma by Brightwild

We spent Thanksgiving week at The Gemma with our family of 12 and would love to return. The property managers were quick to respond whenever we needed something, and the house had all we needed: comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of places to sit and play games. The lower-level pool area was a favorite spot to gather. The beach was just a few steps away, with soft white sand and few people around. It was lovely for walks, sunsets, and the kids playing in the surf. We’d definitely recommend this house.

The Onyx gave our group a comfortable place to unwind, close enough to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach, yet far enough from the busy part of Mandalay Avenue to feel peaceful. Depending on how full the two adjoining properties are, there can be extra noise on the pool deck and balconies. It’s a modern, luxurious, beautifully maintained three-floor home, thoughtfully equipped and with lots of space for a big family or group to spend time together. Property management was informative, helpful, and responsive. A great base on Clearwater Beach.

The Onyx House worked perfectly for our families’ special birthday celebration. There was plenty of room for the four grandkids, and having a pool fence available was so accommodating. The place was clean, and Mark was very helpful when we needed anything. The beach, food, drinks, and a park for the kids are all within walking distance. Highly recommend.

My family of more than 20 came for my daughter’s graduation, and the houses were just what we needed. The beach, restaurants, and stores are all an easy walk away. Our host was wonderful, responding quickly and on time to our questions and concerns. We’ll definitely stay here again.
