For a night on the road, this Hampton Inn & Suites was just what I needed. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet enough to get some rest. Nothing fancy, but everything worked and there were no hassles. I’d stay here again when passing through.

We booked Friday through Tuesday because of an early Saturday flight, and checked in online Friday night as instructed. When we got to the room Saturday morning, there were toenail clippings on the windowsill. Disgusting. The manager let us leave right away but wouldn’t refund Friday night. Hilton corporate couldn’t force the local manager to reimburse us. Someone later replied asking us to call so they could “review” it. We’d already spoken with them several times, and they kept giving the same answer, so that response felt like an attempt to look helpful and soften the bad review. I’d avoid this place unless you’re fine with strangers’ toenails in your room. Photos attached if you really want to see them.

The rooms had a strong smell of mold, dampness, and dust, and the second room smelled just as bad as the first. When I asked to switch rooms, the front desk man sent me downstairs at midnight with my luggage and two babies just to get a working key for another room. The hotel felt dirty, poorly cared for, and uncomfortable, and there was no concern for how much trouble this caused. Horrible hotel and service. Never staying here again.

I was here for a business trip and had a comfortable, clean room. The airport is only about five minutes away, and despite being near the road, I barely noticed the traffic noise. A nice stay.

The area around the hotel isn’t very nice, and I thought some of the front desk staff could look more professional and put-together. Sleeping was uncomfortable too, the room felt dusty and all of us felt like something was biting us.
