The neighborhood was easy to get around on foot, with grocery stores and restaurants less than five minutes away. There's also a bus stop right in front and a laundromat next door, so it's convenient whether you're driving or not. The outdoor courtyard, with tables, umbrellas, and palm trees, was a lovely place to sit every day. The pool area was clean and comfortable, and our room had a microwave and refrigerator. We stayed six nights in early January and really enjoyed it. The motel was very clean and pretty. A few things to plan for: there aren't coffee makers in the rooms, housekeeping isn't daily, and parking costs an extra $10 per day. If you need towels, soap, shampoo, or another provided item, the owners respond quickly and bring it to you. Those cost-saving choices help keep the stay affordable while still making it a nice place.

We stayed with friends for a birthday, and the owner Mike was amazing, super friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the price was great for what you get. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The owners clearly take pride in the property. My room was clean, with modern fixtures and nice tile work throughout the bathroom. Stores and restaurants were close enough to walk to for morning coffee or a quick bite. I stayed in January 2026 and would definitely return on my next trip to Clearwater.

The room was clean and just as pictured, and the safe neighbourhood was so close to downtown Clearwater. Mike, the owner, was kind and fantastic. We absolutely will be back. Such a beautiful place to stay!
