I'll keep this short. I stayed here for more than 10 months after moving to the area from out of state. If I'd had a better option, I would've taken it, but the location was hard to beat for my commute. Corporate sets the tone for this hotel's poor management. My final issue before moving out on 2/6/2026 was sugar ants. For two months, I couldn't get anything done about them. The on-site manager, Cynthia, needs training on how to manage. She was rude, disrespectful, and dismissive whenever I complained. I'd say she should be fired, but I know the training comes from higher up. People might ask why I didn't switch rooms. The odds of finding one without another problem were slim to none. All the rooms had mold that looked painted over so they could keep making money. I switched rooms before: one had roaches, and another had such bad mold and water leaks. I paid $600 a week faithfully for 10 months and couldn't get decent customer service from corporate either. After seven escalations because nobody called me back, I'm still waiting for the vice president to contact me. They promise a response within 24-48 business hours, but that's a lie. I expect they'll reply here with an apology, but if they want to make it right, they should send some of my money back. I could tell plenty more about my time there.

The noise started after I finally gave up trying to sleep. Someone upstairs stomped back and forth in a loop between the windows and the door for hours. I'm usually a deep sleeper, but after more than four hours of trying with my head wedged between pillows, I had to play a white noise YouTube video at full volume until morning. I wanted to call the front desk several times, but the room phone had been removed. I looked online for a number to call from my mobile, realized I'd probably get routed to a call center instead of someone onsite, and gave up. Earlier, the room had smelled strongly of urine mixed with air freshener. I first thought it was in the hallway, then noticed it came back whenever the window AC turned on. It genuinely seemed like someone had urinated in the unit. The floors were so grimy we kept our shoes on, even when getting up during the night. The walls were very dirty, with stains, oil marks, and what looked like old food splatters on their thick orange-peel texture. They appeared not to have been wiped or painted in years. The outside of the refrigerator was rusted, and I didn't even try to check inside. There was one lounge chair in the corner, dirty and grimy, with large areas of peeling armrest leather. Under the cushion were strands of previous guests' hair and questionable stains. We stuck to the bed. The bathroom looked okay at first, but mineral buildup heavily clogged the shower head and made it hard to use. I wasn't expecting luxury. I understood there might be transient guests, and I just wanted to rest before leaving early in the morning. But this was unacceptable. It felt like years of neglected maintenance and management, not one housekeeper having an off day. I've been a flight crew member and stayed in thousands of hotels. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. If I hadn't been exhausted and booked through a third party, I would've asked for a refund and left right away. I've never been so relieved to check out, and I'll never stay at an Extended Stay again.

Housekeeping never showed up. We asked several times for clean towels and basic cleaning, but nothing happened. When someone finally brought fresh linens, they tried to charge us extra for cleaning them. Charging guests for basic clean sheets felt like a blatant money grab. Staff were indifferent and careless, meeting complaints with shrugs and half-hearted apologies. Our first room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The floors were filthy and sticky, the furniture looked unwiped, and there was dust and hair everywhere. The refrigerator didn't work, and a large ceiling leak had soaked part of the floor. We asked to move. The second room was just as bad, maybe worse. It had the same smoke smell, grimy floors, and thick dust on every surface. The shower barely trickled, its temperature wouldn't adjust, and it was covered in mold and grime. The toilet was horrendous, as if it had never seen a scrub brush. Both rooms gave the impression they had never been deep cleaned. I've stayed in budget motels and travel often, but this place crossed into outright unsanitary. I left feeling like I needed a shower and a tetanus shot. My stay was a nightmare from start to finish, and I've never been so disgusted by a hotel. Save your money and health, stay somewhere else.

I paid for a friend to stay here one night last week. She had to change rooms four times because they were dirty. Then the man in charge of the room keys propositioned her to sleep with him. Such creepy, predatory behavior. If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would.

We had a great week here. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. They allow pets for a fee, and it was worth paying so my fur baby could stay with me. Thanks for a great stay.
