The hotel was very clean, and my room was spacious with a big TV and apps already loaded for entertainment. One of the best places I've stayed. I highly recommend it. Kim deserves special credit. Her customer service was excellent, and she paid close attention to everything I needed. Keep her at all costs.

I spent a week here while between homes, and the room had everything I needed for a longer stay. It's safe, close to plenty of restaurants, and the staff were friendly. The only real downside was the truly terrible lobby coffee. There's a Starbucks down the street, though. Otherwise, it's a fantastic hotel.

My husband and I only booked this place at the last minute, arriving late one November evening. The next morning we realized we'd forgotten to reserve the free airport shuttle. The hotel manager cheerfully dropped what she was doing and drove us there herself. Then my husband noticed in the TSA line that his wallet was missing. We called the hotel in a panic. The sales manager answered right away and sent a team to check the van, front desk, and our room. They found it during a second search of the room, and the manager drove it all the way to the airport and handed it to us herself. We made our flight. That's service that really goes above and beyond.

The guest laundry was free, something I haven't seen at other hotels, and the breakfast hours were generous. Breakfast itself was fine. By our usual Home2 standards, this place delivered on the big three for our family of three: clean rooms, plenty of space, and included breakfast. The room was roomy and came with handy extras like plates and silverware. The pull-out couch mattress was the cleanest I've ever seen on one. It's in a dull, industrial part of St. Pete, with little to do nearby. But several major roads are right next door, so it's easy to reach somewhere more interesting.
