The team here stood out even by Hilton standards. Elise checked us in, was friendly and helpful, and arranged an early check-in. The housekeeper who does the line was also kind and spoke to me whenever we crossed paths, and both evening ladies were friendly too. My partner and I came from Orlando for a short St. Petersburg weekend. I'm a Hilton Honors member and usually stay with Hilton brands. The hotel is being renovated, and our room was one of the older ones that hadn't been updated yet. It was still clean, nice, and roomy. I look forward to coming back once the room and hotel are fully renovated. I'll definitely stay again.

Carolyn from housekeeping and room service was especially sweet, attentive, and hardworking. Leo, Fabloia Joseph, and the front desk team also helped make everything easy and stress-free. The Wednesday evening staff deserve an extra thank you for making that night feel special. I'll remember their kindness. The place was comfortable, and the staff were so lovely. They really made us feel welcome and safe. Thanks for a pleasant, safe, and memorable stay. Highly recommend.

I've never stayed in a worse hotel. It's an old, dirty place that smelled like smoke. The toilet was yellow, the towels had spots on them, and the comforter was tiny and ripped in places. I asked the front desk to clean the room because it looked like it hadn't been cleaned, but she said okay and never did it. I paid $600 for two nights, and I'm furious I spent that money on this horrible place. This doesn't feel like a Hilton at all, just an 80s motel.

The rough wood edges on the tables damaged two pairs of my work pants. After the first stain, I forgot about the problem and sat down normally again, so it happened a second time. Watch out if you're wearing delicate fabric, the unfinished table edges could tear it. The tables were low, old, and beaten up, while the supposedly new chairs were too tall. There wasn't enough legroom to sit comfortably for eating or working, and I was worn out after ten minutes. This was a poor setup that shouldn't have been allowed, even if renovations or new tables were planned. I asked the front desk twice for regular sized chairs, and they said they couldn't help. I also asked someone from room service and got no useful response. They don't seem to put customers first.
