The property felt neglected, from the very dirty stairways and common areas to the lack of basic room service. We stayed two nights and the room was never cleaned. We had just one face cloth, one hand towel, two very small body towels, and a single roll of toilet paper. The towels felt like sandpaper, and when we asked for more toilet paper, it never came, so we had to use towels instead. Guests should be treated respectfully and get basic cleanliness and hospitality, regardless of what they pay. I would never stay here again and hope people think twice before booking. At no point did we put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. There wasn't one in the room at all, so that explanation is inaccurate. It feels like excuses are being made after the fact instead of taking responsibility for the housekeeping and service issues. The front desk staff, especially Latifa and the manager, were rude and unprofessional from check-in. One staff member ate at the desk while we were trying to explain our concerns, and when we raised them respectfully, the manager argued with us instead of trying to resolve anything. Voices did get raised, but management's tone and dismissive remarks created tension. Staff sitting and eating instead of genuinely helping only made things worse. Guests don't expect perfection, but we do expect respect and professional service, and that's not what we got.

The location made it easy to get around, and the room felt safe, welcoming, clean, and modern. The bed was especially comfortable. Staff were friendly and ready to help, while check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The amenities were well maintained. Wi-Fi could have been faster, though it didn't affect my stay much. I'd happily come back and recommend it for a comfortable, convenient stay.

We booked at the last minute for job interviews, paid just $375 for six days, and ended up staying an extra night because we were so happy there. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The rooms now have better beds, clean furniture, and upgraded bathrooms, and the pool was crystal clear. I stayed here before, three years ago, and the whole place has changed for the better. I no longer worried about someone breaking into my car or whether the room was clean. The hotel may say it can't find my name in its system, but I really stayed there and prefer to remain anonymous. I expect a reply to this review to try to discredit me again, as it already has. I don't need to give stay specific details. Other potential guests can judge for themselves, and many similar reviews back up what I'm saying. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The cleaning staff were the rudest I've encountered. They ignored checkout time and yelled at guests with an unbelievable sense of entitlement. Watch out for the yelling, hostile woman in a wheelchair who apparently manages the place. Other reviews describe dozens of people being harassed by her in bizarre, extremely unprofessional ways. I gave one star in every category because, under its current management, this place shouldn't be operating. I hope the larger franchise pays attention to what's going on.

We stumbled on this place during a road trip, and it was fairly affordable for the area. Our first room smelled off, as if a cat had used it. The man at the front desk apologized right away and moved us to another room that smelled fresh and clean. We later found one large cricket, caught it in a cup with paper underneath, and let Jiminy go. No other bugs turned up. We slept well and grabbed coffee for the road in the morning.
