Super 8 Clemmons Winston-Salem Area

There are plenty of nearby places to eat, including Waffle House, Dairi-O, Dutch Bros, and Cook Out. This is a quiet, practical motel by the highway, and the staff were pleasant. The room was clean, and things stayed quiet at night. Nobody would mistake it for the Ritz, and breakfast is a little limited, but you can make a waffle and take it easy.

The small breakfast room added to the disappointment, especially for a Super 8 that's part of Wyndham. I completed online check-in, but when my boyfriend went to get our key, the payment wasn't showing and the guy at the counter was rude and snobby to him. Once we got to the room, it was freezing, and it wasn't as big as it had been made to seem. The price doesn't make sense for the service we received.

The rooms were roomy, breakfast was very good, and the service was excellent. The place was very clean and the people were polite. I saw some negative Google reviews, and I don't know what motel those reviewers stayed at. I'd definitely stay here again.

The check-in was friendly and the room was clean, but the bed was awful. I can usually manage any mattress, yet this metal frame squeaked and popped loudly whenever I moved. The neighbors woke me at 3:30 a.m. and kept me up until they left at 4:30. I hope tonight goes better since my state exam is tomorrow and I need sleep. The pet fee is $25 every night, plus a “cleaning fee.”
