Breakfast was simple, but good and well stocked, and the stay was a great value compared with other places nearby. From our fourth-floor room, we could see the lake and Clemson stadium. Michael was one of the nicest and most helpful hotel people I’ve met. The only downside was a loud creaking, whining noise near the heater that woke us now and then. It wasn’t a big deal since we were leaving anyway.

Michael made work travel feel a lot easier. He greeted me every morning as I headed to work and every evening when I came back after a long day, and he was friendly and genuinely attentive to guests. The location and room were great too. Hilton Corp, hold on to him, he’s a great employee. Thanks for the stay and the good experience. I’ll be back soon.

Hilton nearly lost a loyal customer, and Andrew, the Manager, worked his magic to help turn things around. Cadence did everything she could before connecting me with him, and the gentleman who checked me in was great too. Thanks to all of you for the excellent customer service and stay at Tru hotel. Hilton should give you a nice bonus or raise.

The rooms were clean, and breakfast had lots of good options. Everyone was so accommodating during our stay, and I’ve never encountered friendlier hotel staff. Highly recommend!

We arrived after midnight with nowhere to stay because of problems with a local Airbnb, but we were lucky they had a room available. We wound up staying several nights, and the service was amazing. The beds and sheets were some of the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel.
