The room needed to look more presentable, and we were freezing because the AC heater needs fixing. The pillows were so thin they felt like paper, and there should've been more sheets. At least there were no roaches 🙌🏾🙌🏾. I was ticked off that they seemed cheap about things, especially when they should consider guests with disabilities like me 😨. But hey, you get what you pay for.

The staff were really friendly and handed over an extra blanket or pillow with a big smile whenever I asked. Housekeeping is by request, so you have to ask for service or take care of it yourself. My room was clean, but the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall and the seat felt like it might break when I sat down. The Coke machine didn't work either. They took a $60 deposit when I checked in, but I got it back at checkout.

We were on a long drive and needed somewhere to sleep before setting off again the next day. The room was clean, and the front desk gave us toothpaste, which we really appreciated. I'd stay here again on another road trip.

There's no elevator or breakfast, and the free coffee was stale. The ice machine was broken, and there was no water unless you paid for it. The phone in the room didn't work, and there was no room service.

I was so relieved when the staff found and safely returned the wallet I'd forgotten. Jason and the rest of the team were kind and professional, and their honesty meant a lot to me. The hotel felt warm and comfortable during my stay, too. It was a really pleasant experience, and I hope to visit again before long. Thank you all.
