Fidelity Hotel

We loved the distinctive interior and how clean the whole property was. The service was excellent, from valet to the front desk, and when our room wasn’t ready because we arrived early, staff quickly gave us another one. The room was snug and inviting, with a spacious king bed and a feel that brought to mind 1920s Hollywood. It started out chilly, but the heat warmed it up quickly. The location is great for nightlife, a show at Playhouse Square, or a ball game. There’s a reasonably priced garage next door with overnight parking for $32. Valet was convenient but more expensive at $72, and getting the car back took a while. We stayed overnight Saturday, and this charming hotel exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning.

The Club Room restaurant was divine. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and they surprised us with cheesecake for our anniversary, which was so kind. The front desk attendants were lovely, and the whole property is stunning, with charming spaces, beautiful wallpaper, and lighting that sets a great mood. Our room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was super strong. We also appreciated the prosecco waiting for us. Highly recommend a stay and a meal at the restaurant.

We’re locals and booked a staycation to see downtown decorated for the holidays and enjoy the hotel. The cozy Club Room bar was a nice spot for drinks, and the location made it easy to get to good restaurants and things to see and do. We loved the old world charm with its updated flair, and the staff were friendly, wonderful, and committed to making our stay great. The pet policy was especially appreciated: there’s no charge unless there’s a problem, so we could bring our older dog who goes everywhere with us. Thanks, Fidelity Hotel. We’ll be back next year!

The hotel decor deserves an award, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant’s food was incredible. It’s a little pricey, but in my opinion, absolutely worth it. My wife usually hates hotels and loved this one. We’ll come back someday just for the hotel.
