Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG

Cleveland Clinic is right next door, and the area felt quite safe. The hotel was comfortable and easy to get around. We used valet parking at $25 a day, which was very convenient. It was a pleasant stay at a reasonable price, and the location suited our trip. Huntington Convention Center was about a 14-minute drive away. Breakfast is around $15 per person, with kids under 12 eating free. The coffee was surprisingly good, and there’s also a grab-and-go cafe. The indoor pool, fitness center, and laundry room rounded out the amenities.

My husband is a Cleveland clinic patient, so this hotel works great for us. I love the pool, and the food court is wonderful. The staff were lovely, and the accommodations made it feel like home. Thanks to all of you for making our stay so comfortable.

We’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn throughout my eight years of visits to the Cleveland Clinic. The patient rates are very reasonable, and the hotel is accessible for people who need different accommodations. Customer service is fantastic, the place is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The hospitality and housekeeping have been wonderful.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, and I really appreciated the shuttle to and from the Cleveland Clinic. The hotel is also very close to the Clinic. But the common areas, including the elevators, had a strong and widespread air-freshener smell. We had to limit our time there because it made us cough, wheeze, and feel congested. If you’re sensitive to fragrance or concerned about your health, this may not be a good fit. Fragrances can be harmful and have been linked to long-term problems including cancer, reproductive harm, hormone disruption, and asthma. They can contain chemicals such as phthalates and VOCs. Please, Holiday Inn, do better and protect your guests’ health.
