Budget Inn and Suites

The Manager/owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed here recently on 5/26. The bed was so comfortable that I slept really well, and the furniture and appliances were all fine. I took off one star for the room because of some tiles and cracks in the bathroom floor. This was the quietest hotel I've stayed in. It's a 40+ year old building, so that seems like normal wear and tear. A comfortable hotel at a very affordable price. If you're nearby, stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Harry had us ready to book as soon as he answered our call about availability. He was friendly and had a great personality. The price was reasonable compared with other hotels, and the clean, nice room had a new, very comfortable bed and great shower pressure. We heard no highway noise and slept through the storm that came by overnight. The drive from the Iowa 80 truckstop was 30 minutes, and it was worth it for the night. Perfect stay. We look forward to stopping again on our way back through.

Harry made sure the room was in order, and Rina kept a nice breakfast bar with good coffee. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. The clean rooms felt like being at home with family, and the price was very reasonable. They also had a washer and dryer. Thanks, Harry and Rina. Jeff.

Harry and his wife were gracious and accommodating while we stayed. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and new appliances have been added throughout the property. If you're nearby or just passing through, I'd recommend staying here.
