Room 212 was quiet and comfortable, and being near the elevator was handy, even if the view wasn’t much. Getting on and off I20 in Clinton, MS was easy. Everyone I dealt with, from maintenance and housekeeping to the breakfast staff, was friendly. Drew at the front desk helped me sign up for the hotel membership program and explained some of its perks, along with giving me food recommendations. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in the area. Thanks.

We got checked in early and were welcomed by the staff, who spoke with us each day. The room was clean, and getting fresh towels was no problem. There are grocery stores nearby, and the hotel is just a block from the freeway. We’ll definitely come back.

The bright parking lot lights kept the room lit up all night, even with the shade down. We tried blocking them with towels and pillows, but it still wasn’t enough, so neither of us slept well. My husband and I were on a road trip and had an okay stay otherwise. The service was nice, but the price didn’t feel right for the room. The bed was supposed to be king size, though it seemed closer to a queen, and since we’re both over six feet tall, we could tell.

There were good breakfast options, and the jetted tub was nice for warming up after the pool. The pool is a little heated, but it was still pretty chilly. We had a king suite on a recent road trip, with a huge room, separate living area and sofa bed, plus a mini-fridge and microwave. A dirty washcloth was hanging above the shower faucet, so I wasn’t sure how clean the room really was. The treadmill in the fitness center was falling apart, though they do have free weights. It was an okay stay.

I came south to help restore power and, after staying in about five different hotels over the past two weeks, this place had the best breakfast by far. It really wasn’t close. Kudos to the cook.
