At 11 pm I needed a shower, but all my clothes, toiletries, and food were locked in my room, and the staff couldn't get in. I'd been out all day and came back to find the room locked. The girl at the counter didn't know what to do and said I had to wait an hour for someone to arrive and retrieve my belongings. They gave me another room, but I still couldn't get to my things or the food in the fridge. I couldn't even have a snack. I won't stay here again.

We only needed somewhere to sleep for the night, and the room seemed clean. The staff were wonderful. There was oddly no cold water, though, which made brushing my teeth or getting a drink unpleasant.

The owner is so nice. When I stay at Red Roof Inn, I can walk to the end of the parking lot and be in the Zaxby’s parking lot, which is a big bonus. Best hotel at the Interstate 75 Clinton Tn Exit 122.

The shower head is too low for tall people, though I guess that's my problem. Still, it was nice to finally get a room that wasn't a disaster or dirty. This one was really clean and laid out well.

The desk attendant was kind, polite, and helpful, even though she seemed stressed and other guests were also complaining about their beds and rooms. We had to mop the floor and change the sheets ourselves, and they only took $10 off the room. The sheets were stained, there was no blanket, and the floor was so filthy it dirtied our feet. There was mold and mildew behind the bed, on the walls, floor, and mattresses, plus a musty smell. We woke with allergy symptoms that thankfully went away after we left. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
