The sheets and room were clean, and it looked recently remodeled, but there was no hot water. The motion lights kept switching on and off for no clear reason, and sheets stapled over the window let in outside light, so sleeping was hard. I tried sorting it out with Wyndham, got stuck in a terrible phone support loop, and eventually gave up and accepted the loss. I wouldn't stay here.

This place is in awful shape: torn screens, yellowed curtains, and boarded-up doors. If you cancel, they still charge the whole stay. Wyndham was no help when I reached out, so I'm taking the company to the BBB. Their customer service is nonexistent. Do not book here.

I was surprised by how nice the room was, especially since the place had only just reopened after remodeling. It was pet friendly, too. The bed was comfortable, and there were no odd smells in the room, bathroom, or closet. The colors were decent, and it came with a mini fridge, microwave, one-cup coffee maker, and hair dryer. I was really happy with it.

The rooms were clean, and for the price the room itself wasn't bad. The bed is pretty soft if you like a firm mattress. Outside upkeep and the lobby were poor, which made me wonder how carefully the sheets are changed. Since it's a truck stop area, it can get noisy outside. The advertised free breakfast was just coffee and granola bars.

We checked in on Christmas Day and were the only guests there. The room felt brand new, with really elegant, attractive fixtures. The staff were helpful, and they taught us about how Hispanics celebrate Christmas in Central California.
