Coco Sands Beachside Cottages

The patio and yard were great places to hang out, and the beach was just a short distance away. We loved our stay and had plenty of space in cabin 7. It was stocked with beach essentials, from wagons and umbrellas to boogie boards, chairs, mats, toys, towels, and more. Chelsey from customer service went above and beyond and replied quickly every time. Vini came by several times to check on us and was attentive and kind. The location, amenities, and customer service were all perfect for us. We can’t wait to return!

The workers and customer service are excellent, and this is our favorite Florida destination. We absolutely love these cottages. We’ve stayed in three different rooms so far and each has been perfect. The location is wonderful, with a short walk from the back door to the beach. It’s about an hour and a half walk from the cottages to the pier.

We were very happy with Cottage 3, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom place with a pull-out couch in the front room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs were easy to get. There’s coin laundry too, though we didn’t need to use it. Booking and check-in and checkout were easy, and we were pleased with both the little cottage and its beach access. There are lots of cute little restaurants an easy drive away, plus a TON of gorgeous hikes and trails nearby. Really happy with our stay!

The unit was small but cozy, well equipped with everything we needed, and nicely located near the beach. Parking was good, and the information we received was clear and on point. We had a very nice stay at Coco beach Cottages. Checkout at 10 am felt a little early after staying at other places where it was 11. I would’ve given five stars if the mattresses had been comfortable. They were extremely soft and we didn’t sleep well. Apart from that, the stay was pretty decent.
