Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach Oceanfront

We got there early, before check-in, and Missy went out of her way to get our room ready. My Diamond status was recognized right away. Our high-floor oceanfront room had a clean feel, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The views were great, including a SpaceX launch we could see from our balcony and the beach. There's a designated Diamond parking area on the south side near the pool and entrance. Food was good, though drinks were mixed: the indoor bar was good, but poolside drinks seemed a little watered down. The beach is a short walk along a marked path. You can rent chairs and umbrellas, but they're a bit pricey. Keep an eye out for the roped-off sea turtle nesting areas, which are legally protected and carry heavy fines if disturbed. We loved the hotel and will come back.

For a beachfront hotel, this was a good place to stay before our cruise from Cape Canaveral. The restaurant food was good, and town was close enough to find other options. There was a nice pool and lounge area, with easy beach access. The room's AC blew right onto one side of the bed from about 16 inches away, so someone got frozen each night. The balcony faced the ocean, but a compressor on the roof below it made things less peaceful. It was good enough for us, and we'd stay again.

This was a business trip, but direct beach access let me enjoy the ocean view between work tasks and saved time because everything was close. The location is excellent, and the front desk staff were welcoming and kind, always smiling during check-in and our daily interactions. The hotel was clean and well maintained, which I appreciated from a Hilton property. There were a couple of small misses: housekeeping didn't clean the coffee machine or refill the bath detergent. Those were minor inconveniences. I had a very good stay and would recommend it, especially for business travel, with its convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable setting.

The rooms here aren't quite as fancy as some nearby Hilton properties, but the welcoming atmosphere, friendly and accommodating staff, and great location made up for it. The best part was opening the balcony doors to feel the ocean breeze, smell the salt air, and hear the waves as we slept. It made the stay feel more relaxing and connected to the ocean.
