The beds were clean and comfortable, and they had made some updates, including a new mini fridge. The room was comfortable too, but it still needs some work. One chair was literally on its last leg. There were no tissues, washcloths, or hand towels, and I had to ask for toilet paper. The TV remote had no back on it. The floors were filthy, my feet stuck to them and turned black.

I've stayed here twice, and this time I had an upstairs king room that had recently been redone. It was fresh and clean, with a new, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a new walk-in shower and full-size brown sugar and fig soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The microwave was spotless, the fridge clean, and the bedding and towels were clean and soft. My only issues were the construction next door at the gas station, which ran from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the four standard pillows. I'd have preferred six for the support I like. I'd stay again.

The service and location were fine, but the room was disgusting. I took photos as soon as I put my things down and showed them to the receptionist. He said they knew about it and I wouldn't be charged for the damages. I booked through Booking.com for one night before a cruise because I didn't want to search for another room when we arrived. It was $145 a night through the site, more at the counter, and another night was supposedly $199. Hilarious. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you have no other choice. Before the pandemic's high inflation, this room would have been worth $50-60 a night, seriously. Maybe they get away with the price because it's in Coco Beach. The pictures look better than the room did in person.

We needed somewhere simple and safe for one night on an unplanned trip, and this Ramada gave us a place to rest. It's an older, worn facility, but the room was clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was cramped, with nowhere to hang towels or clothes, and the water never got even a little hot.

We had what we needed, including a fridge and microwave, and there was free breakfast. The parking was free and plentiful, the location convenient, and there were lots of lights outside. The curtains didn't keep those outside lights from shining in, but the accommodations were adequate for us.
