The woman at the front desk was super sweet, but the room was filthy. It smelled like sewage, with dead bugs in the bed and around the room, plus stains, broken furniture, and holes in the walls. We’d just arrived from the airport after a four-hour flight and couldn’t make ourselves shower there. Honestly, we felt we’d come out dirtier.

We got there around 10 PM after a long drive and were too tired to turn around, even though four more police cars arrived after an officer had pulled someone over. Then we saw the room. It was nasty: when we pulled back the bedspread, the bedding was soiled and there was a pill. You can imagine what the bathroom was like. Avoid this place.

The room didn’t have a bathtub, which was a problem because my son has a tough football game tomorrow and needed an Epsom salt bath. There was no fridge or coffee pot either, things you’d expect in 2026, and the TV was a joke. Lots of people were hanging around, and the room didn’t look like the pictures. It felt like we were in a rooming house in the hood. I’m really disappointed since we’d been looking forward to this trip. We drove all the way from Ocala for a football tournament and should’ve just gotten up early and driven here in the morning. I’d like at least half my money back, because that’s all this room is worth.

Miss C. and the staff are always helpful and make sure your stay goes well. The bathrooms and sheets are clean, and the pool was refreshing. Wifi and TV stations are good too. I’d stop by again if I’m in the area.
