We came in from Michigan on our way to Montana and were irritated because Google Maps kept routing us to the old Best Western two blocks away, across the street. The information also wasn’t clear that breakfast isn’t complimentary, though there’s a separate restaurant in the same building. Once we got there, the newer facility impressed us, with beautifully appointed rooms and walk-in showers. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, so we decided to return on our way back to Michigan.

We checked out a lot of hotels in Cody, and although I don’t usually stay with Best Western, this one was outstanding. The location and room were both awesome, and 8th Street at the Ivy, attached to the hotel, was superb for breakfast and dinner. I liked the Spicy Rattlesnake Pasta so much that I came back the second night and ordered it again. An amazing stay, and I’d highly recommend it.

Beautiful, tasteful facility, kept in great shape, with a wonderfully hospitable staff. The quality, atmosphere, and service are comparable to a Four Seasons or one of the better Marriots. Great place to stay!

The room was huge, the beds were actually comfortable, and the service was top-notch. I liked the character and charm, with fireplaces throughout and cozy little spots to sit and relax. The pool was nice and the hot tub even better. I travel quite a bit and get tired of how generic and cookie-cutter so many modern hotels feel. This place wasn’t over the top or amazing, but it restored my faith in modern amenities. I’d probably go out of my way to stay here again.

The rooms were nice and clean, and we had an amazing stay at the Best Western. But the gentleman at the front desk, "will", was very rude and disrespectful to me and my family. His coworker noticed we were upset and stepped in to help. We won’t be staying here again.
