Quality Inn & Suites Coeur d'Alene

We ended up here after the terrible windstorm and power outage in December. Check-in was easy, the rates were fair, and they even discounted a second night given what we were dealing with. The place was very clean and pet friendly, and the beds were super comfortable. I'd give it ten stars if I could.

The beds were really comfortable, and the lobby, workout area, and rooms were all very clean. They leave a maintenance sheet for guests to fill out, which gave me confidence this would be a nice hotel.

The breakfast was a nice surprise, with eggs and waffles, fresh fruit, pastries, and good coffee. My room was spotless and well kept, with fresh linens and a comfortable bed, and I had everything I needed to relax. The staff were warm and helpful throughout, and check-in was quick and smooth. Quality Inn & Suites gave me a great experience and good value for the price. I'd happily recommend it.

We keep stopping here on the way to visit family, and we've always felt safe and well looked after. The staff are extremely kind, friendly, and attentive, easily a 10/10 for service. The pool stays open late, and its room is warm enough that getting out of the water isn't a shock. The location just off the freeway is handy, with lots of food nearby. Our family of four likes the comfy beds, fresh towels every day, good breakfast choices for all of us, plenty of outlets, working AC, and a nice cable selection. During all our visits, the only bathroom issue was once, when the tub/shower liner smelled a little musty, though it didn't look dirty. There are no elevators, and you can hear other room doors, as well as people in rooms above if you're on a lower floor. On our last stay, a dog barked and scratched quite a bit.
