TownePlace Suites by Marriott Coeur d'Alene

The room was roomy, and it had everything needed to cook. Breakfast was better than at other Marriott hotels in a similar price range. The hotel seems pretty new, and it’s the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, and the housekeepers did a great job.

The staff made this stay stand out. We were greeted with a real smile every time, and everyone was professional, kind, and wonderful. Kacie at the front desk went out of her way to meet our needs. Haley, the head housekeeper, was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable, and Grace made sure our room had everything we needed for a longer stay. Management has a real all-star team here. The building was sparkling clean inside and out, even the elevators. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the common areas were pleasant, with calm minimalist decor. We also liked the pool and spa, and the gym was top notch. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and the attendant was friendly. From check-in through check-out, everything was outstanding. We’ll choose TownePlace CDA again when we’re in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

A family member came to town in a very serious situation and needed somewhere to stay long term. The staff were compassionate, welcoming, and accommodating. The place was clean, the staff pleasant, and the stay above average. I’d highly recommend this hotel chain across the US. Thank you to all the staff in north Western Idaho and across the central US. It’s a really wonderful place.

Breakfast was simple and did what I needed: the oatmeal was hot, firm, and filling before a day watching matches. I was there while my daughter played in a volleyball tournament, so the days were long and busy. It was good to return to a room that was clean, orderly, and had everything where it belonged. Nothing went wrong, and that counts for a lot. The staff were attentive, polite, steady, and helpful without making a fuss. I felt looked after and could focus on the tournament. It was a good stay for a competitive weekend, and I’d return without hesitation.
