The room was clean for an older hotel, but the TV kept losing its signal and blinking in and out. Breakfast was just mini doughnuts and mini cinnamon rolls, with no milk, juice, or water that we could see, and there weren't any vending machines either. Check-in was frustrating: no smile or greeting, then we got a key to a room that was already occupied. We went back inside, got another room, and found that it wasn't the room we'd booked, so we had to change rooms again.

The Wi-Fi was good, but we saw bugs crawling around the sink, and the AC seemed to be on its last legs. The tub and shower were very small, and breakfast was quite limited. Prices also weren't competitive, since a room cost about as much as at most nearby hotels. The woman at the front desk didn't know anything about local businesses and seemed proud of it.

The room was clean and very inexpensive, and the guy at the counter was quick and friendly. My mini fridge was tucked into a sort of cabinet, which seemed a little odd. Don't expect a resort and you'll be fine.

The manager was incredibly rude when I asked too many questions. He yelled, “you ask me too much, you leave now,” and I thought he was joking until he said he was calling the police. Wow, how do people get franchises?
