We loved being right in the middle of town, with the water and hiking trails an easy walk away. Our room at Cold Spring Hotel & Cafe was roomy, spotless, and had everything my best friend and I needed. Booking was simple and affordable, too. Jimmy was warm, easy to reach, and happy to help, so we felt at home on our getaway. We’d happily come back and recommend it.

I stopped in to charge my phone and ended up staying for food. The owner/manager was such a delight, and the whole place felt warm and relaxed. He even gave me tea, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their meals. Lovely spot.

Everything felt cozy and clean, and the room had that home-like feeling. The owner was friendly and really accommodating during our Valentine’s weekend, and the convenient location meant we were close to everything in town. I loved it and would definitely come back :)

We lucked into Jimmy’s last available room after deciding on a last-minute trip to Cold Spring. He was helpful on the phone and greeted us and our pup so warmly when we arrived. The room and hotel were clean and comfortable, and Main Street’s restaurants and shops are right there. Having the cafe downstairs was handy, especially with the great discount we got. Only wish we’d booked more nights. We’ll stay again next time we’re in cold spring.

That $16 roast beef sandwich was so skimpy that I was really surprised the cafe has such good reviews. It tasted like something I could put together at home with deli slices, kraft cheese, and yellow mustard. I probably wouldn’t be this annoyed if it hadn’t cost sixteen dollars.
