When I locked myself out by leaving my keycard in the room, I called the night service number and someone came right away. They were cheerful and friendly, and made it clear this happens all the time. The WiFi was also easy to use: I followed the captive portal instructions, got a code that lasted a month, and didn’t have to sign in again every morning. Room 210, the “premium” room, was flawless. The water pressure was good and hot water came almost immediately every time, which made me think they have a recirculation system. The halls and shared spaces could use some care, though I saw construction underway, so they seem to have money going toward fixing things. Just to be clear, this is not a hotel. The minimum stay is a week, and I’m pretty sure that means lower taxes and fees than hotels have to charge. My one bad experience was the required weekly inspection at 4pm Monday, when I’d just gotten out of the shower. They wouldn’t reschedule, even though I was checking out the next day. It’s rare to get this much value and first class treatment in one place.
