The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Coffee was cold, and the hotel had almost no frills at all. It was nearly empty, which should've been a warning to me. That was my first and last time at a Microtel.

I definitely don't recommend this place. The front desk guy was weird and unprofessional, and he was smoking in a non-smoking area. He tried to put us in rooms that were still being cleaned and renovated, then followed us toward our rooms with his key. The cops confirmed our suspicion too!

I travel for work and stay here every time I'm in town. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and the people are really nice. It's very quiet, so you can get a good rest. Breakfast is limited, but I don't eat it anyway, so it doesn't bother me. The ice machine works and there's always coffee. Thank you.

Chris, the main serviceman and manager, was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I liked that the TV was mounted high near the ceiling, so it was easy to watch while lying in bed.
4/10
Pay attention to the room charges. I was disappointed at how much tax and fees were added. When I asked for an itemized breakdown, they couldn't provide one. I requested it by email too, and they refunded part of the amount, but still didn't send a breakdown.
