Hotel Indigo Atlanta Airport - College Park by IHG

The facility was nice overall, and getting to and from the airport was easy. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. Dinner was another matter: the desk clerk gave us menus since the kitchen closed at 9:30, but when the food arrived the delivery driver couldn’t get inside, and the clerk wasn’t helpful. The bedside lamp didn’t work, and the main room lighting was either missing or too bright. At 6am the black coffee was so thick and chewy. Maintenance and service could use some work.

A canceled flight left us needing a place to stay, and the staff were fabulous. They were friendly, understanding, and helpful. I can’t say enough about them. Highly recommend!

We needed somewhere near the airport after our plane arrived in the evening, and this worked perfectly. It’s close to the airport but set away from the freeways. The hotel was clean, though there were some signs of wear, and the rooms were spacious. Staff were very friendly, service was excellent, and the beds were large and comfortable. Breakfast is a paid buffet and was pretty lackluster, but they told me it was on them, so I won’t hold that against them. They also hadn’t mentioned the parking fee ahead of time, though $14 isn’t bad for Atlanta. The price is reasonable for the value, and I’d stay again.

I only had five hours here to recharge before my next flight, so I didn’t use the amenities. The shower was larger than most hotel showers I’ve seen, and I loved that the A/C was definitely on. The best part, though, was the front desk. My flight was delayed, and Simone and her colleague greeted a flood of late-night guests with smiles and even a little laughter, despite how emotionally and physically exhausted many of us were. I can’t commend Simone and her counterpart enough. They were truly amazing.
