The staff were pleasant and very accommodating, and the workout area was just right. It's a very new, clean hotel. I wish there were dispensers by the coffee with both ice water and hot water. Having cold water available to drink would be nice, and hot water is necessary for tea or warm drinks for kids. I was surprised neither was available.

This was our second time staying here for our annual trip to Santa's Wonderland, and we'll keep coming back each year. It's in a great spot for getting around, the rooms have plenty of space, and the staff are super friendly. The one letdown was breakfast, which didn't taste very fresh and could be better.

The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the room was nice. I like carpet, but the floors looked good. Santa's Wonderland is nearby, so the location worked out great for us. Walmart is across the street, with plenty of food options close by too. The front desk staff were professional and helpful, and brought us extra towels and blankets right away. Everything was nice.

After a long day, the cozy beds made it easy for us to relax. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay at the Wyndham and would definitely come back with our family.

Our first stay here was a big surprise in the best way. The hotel is beautiful, the people were great, and there was plenty of clean, spacious room for my family of six. We spent just one night since we were at Santa's Wonderland all day, but would come back to use the indoor pool and see more of the surrounding area. Breakfast tasted amazing, but they ran out quickly and didn't replenish it while we were there, between 8:30 and 9 a.m. Aside from that, this place is a must go.
