Ashley and her team made our group stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Collierville TN really easy. We needed several rooms, including some adjoining ones, and she kept the arrangements organized and communicated clearly and kindly. She also checked in with us as we came through the lobby to make sure we had what we needed, and shared some good local dining suggestions. We travel to Collierville TN often, and service like hers makes this an easy choice for our next visit. We’re looking forward to coming back.

Gary at the front desk made a real difference. Even with several guests needing help, he stayed patient, calm, respectful, and welcoming. He made us feel valued, and that kind of hospitality is rare. The hotel is also clean, with spacious rooms that have what you need for a comfortable stay. It’s within walking distance of the Shops at Carriage Crossing, which is very convenient. We’ll definitely return.

Morgan at the front desk made sure everything went smoothly, and the whole experience was welcoming and professional from arrival. The room was quiet and comfortable after a long day, and getting from check-in to check-out felt easy. The Courtyard by Marriott Memphis Collierville was clean, organized, and well maintained, with a convenient location. The rooms are beautiful, super clean, and have thoughtful little touches that made me feel looked after. The service was warm, attentive, and always helpful from the minute I arrived.
