We’ve stayed here frequently as Bonvoy members, but after this experience I don’t know how they treat guests who aren’t members. My wife and I were attending a service and running late, so we asked for a little extra time, until 1:30 instead of noon, since our 18-year-old daughter was still in the room. The housekeeping staff made her leave and carry all the luggage by herself. When we got back, she was sitting in the lobby surrounded by everything. Eric, the manager, later said they were under a lot of pressure. The housekeeper was rude and disrespectful when my daughter explained that her parents weren’t there yet. Pathetic.

My fourth-floor king suite was clean and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. I found the package in my room with the water Erinn had mentioned at check-in because I’m a silver elite, plus a fresh cookie in the bag. She greeted me warmly, was accommodating, and explained things about the hotel. The location is quiet and a little secluded, with a shopping mall and higher end stores next door, but it’s close to the highway exit. No complaints. I’d stay again when flying in and out of Memphis for business in the area.

Five stars honestly isn’t enough. My family has stayed here every Christmas, but this visit was while we were planning our dear Grandmother’s funeral. One evening my mother returned to her room to find a card from the staff. They took the time to get it and leave it there for her. That was next level.

The kids loved staying here. We were only here for a night, but slept well and woke up feeling fresh. Clean, quiet, welcoming staff, and an awesome breakfast. If there were a word better than best, I’d use it.

The noise level was peaceful the whole time, and the place was new, nice, and clean. It’s in a great spot near good eateries and shopping. The team, including Mr. Eric, Ms. Jennifer, the housekeepers, the breakfast lady, Mr. Fred Wilson, and others whose names I don’t know, was great and very professional. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely stay at the Fairfield Marriott in Collierville. 5 ⭐️
