Comfort Suites South Park

The rooms and hallways were clean, and it was easy to get to from the highway. There are convenient sheets across the street within walking distance. I checked out before breakfast, so I can’t say how that was. I’d stay here again and recommend it.

Hotel hospitality feels hard to find these days, but this Comfort Suites came closest to it in my travels. The staff were friendly and professional, knew about nearby services and restaurants, and helped with a smile. It’s worth staying here.

I really liked the place and would recommend it. Our room had two beds and a sofa that could be turned into a bed. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices, and there were plenty of great spots for photos.

A friend’s tire was slashed in the hotel parking lot while we were staying there. When we reported it, the manager was said to be “in a meeting,” and we were told they couldn’t review the camera footage or give us access to it. We felt dismissed instead of supported. This was a serious safety concern, and management showed no urgency or concern. Guests should be able to expect security and help when something happens on the property. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who values safety and responsive management.
