The little kitchen is fitted out just right, and the closet has enough room. I also liked the shower faucets being on the entry side, so you don't have to get cold or scalded while adjusting the water. The airy high ceilings, soundproof-seeming halls and rooms, and the proportions of the rooms all work so well with the decor. I wish more hotels were designed this way.

We spent 4 days here with our family of 3 after taking refuge from an ice storm, and were thoroughly impressed. The room on the 5th floor felt like a tiny apartment, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. We liked being able to get fresh towels and linens from the linen closet without waiting for service. The hotel was modern and very clean, with a fitness room, guest laundry, and a great variety of hot, delicious breakfast each morning. It's conveniently near a mall, Walmart, and several places to eat. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. They greeted us and checked whether we needed anything or were enjoying the stay. The manager deserves extra points: when they were short staffed, she made sure her staff had something hot to eat. The bar was closed, but she kindly made flatbread pizzas, wings, and fries for us anyway. My family highly recommends this place to anyone looking for accommodations in the area.

I never felt welcome or valued here. The staff were rude and unprofessional, speaking to guests in a dismissive, disrespectful way. Communication was poor, and when I raised concerns or made requests, I got attitude instead of help. Even simple questions seemed to irritate them, and nobody tried to resolve problems respectfully. Basic hospitality standards seemed completely ignored. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable stay with respectful service. There are plenty of other places that show guests basic courtesy and professionalism.

It took 4wks to get out of there, and I'm glad I'm no longer there. The whole stay was a nightmare. I paid for the room, but they put another name on it without my consent. When I forgot my key, they wouldn't give me another because my name wasn't on the room. The manager also refused to register my phone with the key, even though they knew it was my room and my card was being charged. I couldn't use the internet because of the name problem either. They wouldn't clean the room, and it took 2 weeks to get room service. The room was falling apart, and they refused to move me after I told them. I felt discriminated against. It looked like fraud, as someone was fighting for my member benefits while I was paying, and it raised trust and confidence concerns because I never agreed to another name being put on my room. They also overcharged my card. I have pictures and all the evidence. I wouldn't recommend this horrible place to anybody. Take your money somewhere safe and nontoxic. Their policies are fraud. The whole staff needs to be changed, none of them know integrity, respect, or customer service.
