The room was clean and really nice, breakfast was stellar, and the pool was great. The man keeping breakfast stocked and tidy was an absolute saint with all those kids making messes. Sitting in the outdoor hot tub while it snowed was beautiful. Our only issue was a group in town for a gymnastics tournament. In the morning they stacked luggage across the walkways and stood talking so people couldn’t get through, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The front desk team stood out for being especially polite and attentive, and all the staff were courteous. The hotel was clean, and the extensive breakfast was actually good. Rooms were fairly standard, but clean and comfortable. Great location.

I stayed Tuesday night and left Wednesday morning. The front desk lady was kind and friendly, checked us in early, and let us check out late. The room was clean, and I felt comfortable there overnight. Definitely one of the best Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in.

The location was convenient, but I was disappointed with the service. Halfway through my stay, I asked twice for extra towels and got nowhere, so I ended up finding a maid myself. The bedside tables are tiny, as the photo shows, and the TV is so complicated to use it feels like you need an engineering degree. At least I caught up on my reading. Stay tuned 😉

There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and the room still has a bathtub. The frustrating part was being told we had to wait until 3 pm for a room even though we had a reservation. We were leaving at 11:30 pm, and lots of travelers have late departures or need to get to the airport early. If rooms are available, it would be helpful to let people check in sooner.
