InTown Suites Extended Stay Colorado Springs

The rooms are clean and super cute, the staff are incredibly nice, and the free wifi is the best in town when it’s working. Sometimes it randomly goes down, but when it’s moving along, it’s amazing. They don’t provide dishes. They also said we’d get one roll of toilet paper at check-in, and the towels in the room are the only clean ones they give you. The front desk is only open at certain times, so please be respectful and try to come during those hours. They have a lot to do in a big hotel. Housekeeping and maintenance are the best people ever. I can’t thank the front desk enough either. While my husband and I were waiting for our deposit to come through, the amazing guys there told us not to stress and just to come back before they closed at 7 p.m. They made us feel like we mattered. Please stay here, it’s super amazing.

I’ve been here for a month, and the price is great for what you get, even though I have the smallest room. It has a full bathroom, two stovetop burners, a microwave, sink, cable TV, heat, and air conditioning. The room is clean and great. InTown Suites Northwest Colorado Springs backs up to open space and hiking trails, and it’s quiet and safe by my standards. I see families, business people, military, and single people like me, and haven’t seen anyone causing problems. The bus stops right out front, and the mall and other shopping and places to eat are close by. When I arrived with a reservation, I was skeptical because the price seemed so good I expected something to go wrong. But meeting Aaron at the front desk turned it into a great experience. Aaron was welcoming, accommodating, and friendly, and the reservation went through perfectly. I’ve seen Aaron treat other people with respect and kindness too, and think most people feel the same. Aaron is a real asset to the company. I’d recommend InTown Suites. Compared with other Colorado Springs hotels that charge weekly, this one stands out. Most of them are run down, have rough clientele, and cost more.

If you need a long-term hotel stay, this is your best choice. The staff are professional, helpful, and so friendly, and they go out of their way to fix problems. They focus on keeping the place clean and safe, and the rates are affordable compared with Extended Stay American.

The only good part was leaving the hotel and seeing the sights. I booked because the listing said the room had a kitchen with everything needed, but ours had no pots, pans, dishes, or anything to eat with. The refrigerator leaked inside, and the kitchen sink didn’t work. There were stains on the room floor, and the bathroom walls were peeling. They wouldn’t give us fresh towels and said we had to wash them ourselves. They also wouldn’t supply toilet paper and told us to buy our own. Customer service was awful, and the office staff didn’t show up until after the time they were supposed to. The guest dryers didn’t work either. We ran them twice, but our clothes were still wet, so we had to spread everything around the room to dry. The vending machines on our floor took our money, and staff said it wasn’t their issue and that we had to contact the company for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
