Residence Inn by Marriott Colorado Springs South

The staff are what make this hotel special. When the manager heard we were in town for my mother’s funeral, the Residence Inn team sent us flowers and a sympathy card. That care and thoughtfulness meant a lot. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. There’s a welcoming outdoor fire pit and nice common areas, and the location is very convenient.

We had a two bedroom for three nights, and it was one of the best values we’ve had. The property is in an excellent location, is well managed, and the housekeeping is very good. The staff respond to things better than at some five star Residence Inns. The rooms and property could use renovation, but that’s not a deal breaker. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

We had such a great time over Thanksgiving weekend and wished we could’ve stayed a few more nights. Red was incredible, such a caring person, always smiling and ready to help. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and her service made our stay even better. We’ve never had such great service anywhere in the world we’ve stayed. Please give her a raise! Lauren and Cody, on his first day, were also super friendly and helpful. Our family really appreciated everything. Thanks, folks!

We visit Colorado several times each year, and this Inn is one of our favorites. The staff go above and beyond for guests, and breakfast has lots of variety with coffee that’s always hot.
