Check-in was quick and friendly, and we felt safe and comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice extra. The rooms are dated, though. One chair had a white stain on it, and the wall had dents where furniture had been moved. Still, the room was clean.

The quiet atmosphere at Comfort Inn & Suites in Colton made it easy to get proper rest. Its location was handy for nearby shops and restaurants, and the whole stay felt comfortable and stress free. Staff made things easy from arrival through checkout. They were welcoming and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which I always notice. It was just what I’d hoped for. I’d consider staying again and recommend it to visitors to the area.

The room was tidy and the bed had a nice firm feel. The location was great, check-in was easy, and there was plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn’t hear any of the other guests, even though I knew I had neighbors. Breakfast was free and had a waffle maker, which was awesome. A few things didn’t work so well: my AC unit was very loud, the toilet sometimes needed a second flush, and the ice machine on my floor was out of order.

The breakfast was a highlight: plenty of time to eat, lots of choices, and they made sure everything was there. The staff are so kind and quick to help with requests. Managers also work through problems and go above and beyond to make the stay great. Housekeeping does an excellent job. I especially appreciated getting extra blankets and pillows to make the bed as comfortable as possible. This was definitely better than other nearby hotels. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it.

The area was decent, with plenty of nearby places and easy freeway access, and the prices felt very affordable for the quality. The food had a good range of options and tasted delicious. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, so it was easy to relax. Service was outstanding throughout. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate what I needed. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!
