Welcome Inn

I needed somewhere to stay for a few weeks while my apartment was under construction, and this motel was closest to my work. The people were helpful, and my room was clean and quiet. At $450 a week, it was the best price I could find nearby. I'm very satisfied with the room and service, and would recommend it for an extended stay. Just keep in mind they don't allow pets.

Be careful with the security deposit here. Management said that if you don't collect the $60 before checkout time, they can keep it at their discretion. That seemed shady, and I never got mine back. I asked to see the policy and they wouldn't show it to me. I won't return. I got banned and robbed by these crooked crooks. They do bad business here.

They've updated the rooms, but walking around makes a crunching noise, and there are missing pieces and a landlord special inside. Customer service wasn't good, either. A great hotel if you want to be treated like they hate you. I'd recommend it if you're worried about your safety and sleep.

We booked through booking . Com, but when we arrived the man said we needed a cash deposit. We left to get the $60, and when we came back he turned us down, saying he didn't want the business. We'd booked early and planned our day around it, so being inconvenienced and turned away was frustrating. After reading the reviews, it seems we dodged a bullet.
