I left without spending a night. As a woman on my own, I didn’t feel safe with shady people hanging around the property. The room looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, with stains on almost every surface, and there was no hot water. I can usually sleep under pretty rough conditions, but this was too much. I hadn’t read the reviews before booking. Stay away!

The location is great, right by a pub and a delicious orchard, but I absolutely do not recommend the place. The room was gross: bathroom paint was peeling off the ceiling, it smelled of sulfur, the comforter had holes, the couch was dirty, the refrigerator was frozen over, and the hair dryer didn’t work. The toilet was rusty and the telephone was tucked into a nightstand. The closet door had been ripped off its hinge, and the front doors weren’t sealed properly. Extension cords for the AC units were outside, which felt unsafe. The jacuzzi tub wasn’t there, the pool was out of service, and the ice maker was broken. Drinks in the office cost extra, despite there supposedly being a mini bar. The staff seemed like very odd individuals. Also, someone was murdered there two years ago.

I had a great night here while passing through, and it was worth every penny. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed here two years ago and have been trying ever since to get my money back. I didn’t stay even one night of my week reservation, the rooms were falsely advertised, and everything was beyond disgusting. I’m out $500/600 for no reason. I had insurance added to the stay, but that didn’t help. There was blood on the cracked bathroom mirror, doors hanging from their hinges, and the floor was so filthy that a towel I used to clean it turned completely black. I was about to go to Target for cleaning supplies, then decided to drop off the keys and leave. I covered the mirrors with towels because I was convinced they were two-way mirrors. People with drug addictions stay there and hang out on chairs outside their rooms. The whole place feels eerie. They tried to keep my money, saying their policy meant I’d get at most 50% back. I fought for a year to get the full amount, then gave up and asked for the 50%, which they still refuse to return. Once they texted me a picture of a receipt supposedly showing a refund, but the card number in the picture wasn’t mine. They were trying to make me think they’d refunded me. Whenever I go back, they say the owner is out of the country and to come back in six months. I do, and get a different excuse every time. They’re the raunchiest excuses for human beings running or staying at this place. I can’t believe it hasn’t been shut down over health concerns. It’s a living, breathing biohazard. I have lots of photos I took and will add them to the review once I find them again.

The room was 80 degrees, and I sweated most of the time. The couch was in front of the air conditioner, so that didn’t help. I couldn’t even take a shower because the water smelled horrible. The sink, tub, and toilet had rust, and every time I sat on the toilet it lifted off the floor. The bedspread was hard and uncomfortable, and all the mirrors were dirty. The fridge was disgusting too. I didn’t notice until I picked up my Coke and found the bottom sticky, so I had to rinse it with hot water. I really wasn’t going to write a review, but I can’t recommend this place unless you can’t find a vacancy somewhere else.
