The room had everything we needed and was clean and well stocked. The whole team, from the front desk to the Cafe, was great, and we had an exceptional stay. We'd never stayed here or at a Marriott before, but we'll come back.

We ran into some check-in challenges and had a few inconveniences because of room availability, but the staff and management sorted things out quickly. I was very pleased with the hotel's cleanliness and the service, and would recommend it.

We arrived late, and the ladies at the bar were so nice. The place was very clean, and the staff were super friendly. We'll stay here again.

This all summed up the service I got during my stay. I ordered a chicken sandwich at the bar, where the menu clearly showed two choices: a grilled chicken sandwich and a buffalo fried chicken sandwich. But the bartender asked whether I wanted BBQ or southwest chicken, and it took way too long to sort out the order. Then the cook made me a grilled cheese instead of the grilled chicken sandwich. I had to wait while they made more of the sauce for it, so it took 30 minutes to get a damn grilled chicken sandwich. On a different visit, a couple of weeks apart, I checked in and found the carpet in my room damp. They said it had probably just been shampooed, and didn't offer me another room. Thanks for replying and paying attention to these issues.

The bathroom was gross, with pink mold on the shower head and around the shower handle, a very dirty ceiling vent, and a mosquito flying around. The room itself was spacious and nice, and the location and service were good. The AC fan sounded like a penny was rattling around inside it, though at least the air worked well. Overall, the room was satisfactory.
