I drove home without ever getting a room. I’d arrived around 1:30 AM after a show, exhausted, expecting to check in to the room I’d already paid for through Booking.com. The hotel told me I’d have to pay again. Booking.com’s representative called them while I was there, and the hotel gave them the same answer. After a long night and paying in good faith, I was left with no room, no solution and no accountability. That’s unacceptable and disrespectful to a paying customer. If there’s a problem with the hotel’s system, I shouldn’t have to fix it by paying twice. I expect a full refund and will keep following up until it’s resolved. Don’t put yourself through the stress and confusion. Book somewhere else. Do better.

We’ve really enjoyed staying here, and everyone we’ve met on staff has treated us well. Della especially deserves high praise for being prompt, informative and helpful, with friendly, professional advice.

The kitchenette was handy and my room was comfortable. Extended Stay America Suites Columbia, Greystone had fresh, tidy interiors after a nice renovation, and the reception staff were warm and friendly. Check-in went smoothly. It’s budget-friendly and well located, so I’d recommend it.

Ronaldo and Ali at the front desk were so kind and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Big kudos to both of them.
