We had six people in our party, three adults per room, and the deluxe suites gave us plenty of space. The rooms were plain, but worked well for sleeping and cooking breakfast, plus a side dish for our next family gathering. We were in town to visit family for Thanksgiving, and this location was handy for the first family we visited. The kitchenette had a full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, two-burner stove, plates, a lidded frying pan, forks, spoons, a couple of sharp knives and a cooking spoon. We brought our own food, bowl and a few utensils, so we made a full breakfast. The lobby options were just packaged muffins, oatmeal, cereal bars, hot water and coffee, with cups but no bowls. Bring what you need beyond that. Staff were pleasant and helpful when at the desk, and willing to provide extra kitchen items, though the selection was limited. There was a small coffee table, TV and breakfast table with a chair. The open closet had a shelf, hangers, an iron and board, plus two lower shelves and drawers. There were nightstands with lamps and outlets on both sides of the king bed. The other bed was a sleep sofa. Both were adequate, but we didn’t have enough pillows. It was late when we went to ask for more, the desk clerk had disappeared, and the room phone didn’t work. We made do and will bring extras next time. There were two sinks, one in the kitchen and one outside the bathroom. The bathroom fan was broken, though the fan over the stove worked. We had a good stay and now know what to pack next time.

The front desk is part of your everyday experience if you stay awhile, and David brings the same calm, respectful manner whether you’re passing through or living there longer. That steadiness makes the place feel less tense and unpredictable. He’s friendly, upbeat and down to earth every time I interact with him, while staying professional and efficient. It feels genuine, and he takes time to be personable. Extended Stay didn’t just hire staff, they hired presence.

KD at the front desk was such a friendly person to meet during my stay. He went out of his way to bring fresh linens right to our door and took time to chat with me. Definitely worth staying here, and I hope future guests get to meet him too.

Nacer handles things quickly even when it’s busy, but still makes people feel seen and respected. His calm, professional manner stays the same no matter what’s going on. That steadiness helps the place feel less chaotic and lets people relax, knowing things are being taken care of. He clearly takes pride in his work and in helping guests. Extended Stay America is lucky to have him.

David made check-in easy and got us everything we needed to settle in. He was helpful, polite and professional, and even made my kids feel comfortable and safe. The room was a good size for us, we slept really well, and kept it clean and neat. The location worked perfectly, with lots of shopping centers and food options nearby.
