Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows

The staff made a real difference during my stay. Everyone I dealt with was welcoming, attentive, and professional, and the care put into the property showed in the facilities, amenities, views, and atmosphere. The food and drinks were top quality, too. The location made it easy to explore nearby, while the property still felt like a relaxing retreat. A 10/10 stay from beginning to end. I'll absolutely return, and highly recommend it.

After a long flight across the country, checking in at the Fairmont Miramar Santa Monica was such a relief. Arrianna had everything ready, helped us get settled quickly, and greeted us with real warmth and courtesy. Her efficient service and the feeling that we were genuinely cared for set a lovely tone for the stay. Thank you, Arrianna!

The kids loved the fish feeding, and we really enjoyed the beautiful grounds during our spring break with family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and roomy enough for us. Every restaurant and the cafe served excellent food with great service. We absolutely love this resort. One possible improvement: the bungalow downstairs could use a better layout and some live entertainment.

The location was great, and the restaurant servers were kind and attentive. We were there for two nights during Christmas week, and the service was very nice. The spacious rooms could use updated decor and fixtures, though. The blind controls were all different and most were broken, the bathroom door squeaked, there were no robes, and some TV features didn't work. The elevators were out for half of our stay, so my family had to use the service elevator with our stroller. Parking was steep at $70 a night, plus a $50+ amenity fee.
